stormy weather

quickly snapped a photo, then parked the car, then ran into the library to wait out the rain
 Dr Frank J Hayden was the founder of the local chapter of the Special Olympics which this year were held in LA and ended last weekend.
This new school, along with the recreation centre and library, opened two years ago.
